Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Consultant based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The Sales and Marketing Consultant will oversee daily marketing initiatives, develop and execute promotional strategies, and build strong relationships with clients and partners. The individual will support project management efforts, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and communication.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships.
• Experience in Sales and Marketing, including developing marketing strategies and driving sales growth.
• Proficiency in Project Management to manage and coordinate various projects effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently to achieve organizational goals.
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment and meet performance targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the customer service or call center industry is highly desirable.
