Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead the execution of a comprehensive Brand Plan strategy developed in collaboration with business and non-business units, ensuring alignment with the bank’s brand strategy, marketing policies, and procedures.
- Leverage market insights and trends to drive business growth.
- Lead the commercialization of new products and services, including product launches, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to maximize sales and market penetration.
- Work closely with product owners to develop responsive systems and tools for marketing the bank’s products and services.
- Ensure proper application of brand usage guidelines and marketing policies across all products and services while maintaining consistency and addressing local market needs.
- Provide expert support in developing effective marketing strategies for both business and non-business functions.
- Utilize data-driven insights and performance metrics to evaluate marketing effectiveness and optimize return on investment (ROI).
- Develop metrics and dashboards to measure the impact of marketing activities on business performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including marketing agencies, ensuring the delivery of innovative media plans and creative materials aligned with brand values and customer needs.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to the marketing team while promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Daily Responsibilities
- Manage all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Oversee promotional materials and ensure effective distribution.
- Strengthen and enhance the corporate brand through various advertising channels, including digital media, radio, billboards, direct marketing, and branding initiatives.
- Manage and clearly communicate product positioning, messaging, promotional goals, and marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with design houses, printers, and agencies to ensure all communication materials comply with established brand guidelines.
- Manage marketing expenditure and provide tracking reports, including reconciliation with finance on payments and procurement processes such as LPO issuance.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing (Required).
Professional Qualifications
- Marketing certification such as CIM or other related certification (Added Advantage).
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Added Advantage).
Experience Requirements
- Marketing – Minimum 4 years (Essential).
- Brand Management – Minimum 4 years (Essential).
- Marketing Campaigns – Minimum 4 years (Essential).
- Market Research and Analytics – Minimum 4 years (Essential).
- Digital Marketing – Minimum 3 years (Essential).
