With over 12 years of deep experience in energy storage, spanning R&D, innovation, quality control, and management, our products serve a wide array of applications such as home energy storage, industrial energy storage, commercial energy storage, power communication, medical electronics, security communication, transportation and logistics, new energy power, and smart home technology. Our products have reached over 60 countries and regions.
As part of our efforts to serve Tanzania, Haisic Technology is actively seeking a Sales Engineer (Lithium Batteries) to join our overseas sales team. The ideal candidate should have a foundational knowledge of lithium-ion batteries. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing technical advice, and demonstrating how to use new products and related services.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Stay informed about industry developments, technological advancements, and regulatory changes affecting the lithium-ion battery market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new market segments, regions, and applications.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to maximize profits and minimize risks.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including revenue, profit, and market share.
  • Establish and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Travel as necessary to meet with clients, attend industry events, and conduct market research.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Economics, International Trade, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of practical experience in offline market and channel development, and direct customer development.
  • Excellent documentation skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building harmonious relationships and credibility with various stakeholders.
  • Candidates with an understanding of East Asian culture and Mandarin will be given preference.
