You have a proven ability to translate geological information into practical mining outcomes, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, data integrity, reconciliation accuracy, and team development. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working closely with mining, planning, survey, and metallurgy teams to optimise operational performance.
Our ideal candidate will have:

- Strong experience in geological wireframing, block modelling, and grade control processes
- Proven experience supervising RC drilling, geological sampling, and QA/QC programs
- Sound understanding of open pit mining methods, ore mark-up, dilution control, and reconciliation
- Strong geological database management experience, including data validation, QA/QC, and reporting
