Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Safari and Operations Manager located in Moshi. The Safari and Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of safari tours, managing logistics, coordinating with guides and drivers, and ensuring the seamless execution of travel experiences for our clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in safari and tour operations management
• Knowledge of wildlife conservation and local flora/fauna
• Strong organizational and logistical skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology for operations management
• Knowledge of local languages or foreign languages and cultures is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management or related field
• Minimum 3+ years in a similar role
