Sand Blaster & Painter at CPP

Job Description: All field joint blasting operators (open blasting or vacuum blasting) shall know well about the requirements of field joint surface preparation.

• Well skilled to operate blasting machine.
• All field joint coating operators (manual painting or auto painting) shall know  well about the requirements of field joint painting system.
• And well skilled to  operate manual spraying machine and adjust auto spraying machine.
• Master and be familiar with paint performance and blending ratio to ensure  product quality.
• Independently proficient in spraying equipment operation, repair and  maintenance.
• Clean and maintain tools, equipment and work areas
• Use hand tools, machine tools to clean the surface as per relevant standards  and project requirements.
• Strengthen self-inspection and mutual inspection to ensure product quality  meets standards.

Job Requirements:

• Basic mechanical and chemical background
• Good English communication skill
• Minimum 3 years of painting or relative working experience.
• Preferred hold F class driving permit.
• Able to accept the nature of the project’s work.
• Good interpersonal skills & ability to work within a team and individual.
• Those with experience in petroleum pipeline or construction related industries  are preferred.
• Flexible and adaptive- work in different places and with different people.
• Should have good physical condition, free from infectious diseases and other diseases.
