Job Description

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on climate-smart agricultural practices, post-harvest handling, and value chain development tailored to the needs of youth with disabilities and refugee
  • Organize and conduct training sessions, workshops, and field demonstrations to promote sustainable farming techniques in horticulture, sunflower, maize, and rice
  • Establish partnerships with anchor firms, AMCOS, and agro-dealers to facilitate market access and off-take agreements for project beneficiaries.
  • Coordinate networking events and platforms to connect youth farmers with market opportunities and enhance their participation in structured markets.
  • Support the establishment of community-based agricultural producer groups (hubs) to improve productivity and collective market access.
  • Collaborate with agro-dealers to ensure consistent access to high-quality agricultural inputs such as seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides.
