JOB SUMMARY:

The School Chaplain will provide spiritual leadership, moral guidance, and pastoral support to the entire RiseChamp School community encompassing students, faculty, and administrative staff.

• Department: Chaplaincy
• Reports To: School Board / School Manager

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Spiritual Leadership: Organize and lead school chapel services, spiritual reflections, devotional assemblies, and voluntary fellowships.
• Counseling & Mentorship: Provide a safe, confidential space for students and staff seeking spiritual or moral counseling, bereavement support, or personal guidance.
• Character Development: Collaborate with teachers to embed ethical values, moral responsibility, and leadership qualities within the student community.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Degree or Diploma in Theology, Pastoral Studies, Divinity, or a related ecclesiastical certification.
• Ordained minister or recognized religious leader with a clean institutional record.
• Exceptional listening skills, high emotional intelligence, and experience mentoring youth.
