| DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | i.To design and review data collection instruments; ii.To analyse and evaluates information gathered; iii.To develop methodologies for data collection on various aspects of institute operational programmes; iv.To assess the systems clientele needs; v.To analyse programme loads and implementation techniques; vi.To find out operational efficiency of the programme using costs and other indicators vii.To perform any other related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor. |
| QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE | Holder of a University Degree in any of the following fields; Economics, Agricultural economics and Agribusiness, Statistics, Project planning and management, economic planning or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.Must be computer literate. |
