Role Description

Hakika Fertilizer is seeking a full-time Procurement and Supply Chain Specialist to join our team on-site in Kibaha. This role involves managing procurement processes, evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and optimizing supply chain operations. The successful candidate will ensure the timely and cost-effective sourcing of quality materials and services to meet the company's operational needs while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and Contract Negotiation
• Strong Analytical Skills to optimize supply chain and procurement efficiency
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Proven ability to maintain positive supplier relationships
• Knowledge of the agricultural sector and agro-inputs is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
