Fraud and Investigation Manager

Job Details

• Education: Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, digital forensics, or other related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in fraud investigation and cybersecurity. Professional certifications such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) will be an added advantage.

Core Responsibilities

• Fraud Investigation & Risk Management: Lead complex investigations, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to mitigate fraud and control failures.
• Cybersecurity Awareness & Data Analysis: Monitor cybersecurity incidents, analyze fraud patterns, and collaborate with IT to enhance digital security.
• Process & Operational Excellence: Design and implement efficient processes for reporting, query resolution, and system support to ensure smooth channel operations.
• Strategic Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams, external partners, and law enforcement to drive fraud prevention efforts.
• Process Improvement: Propose system enhancements to reduce fraud risks and manage documentation for query resolution.
