Direct Sales at Jitegemee Holdings Tanzania

The direct sales role involves promoting and selling coal briquettes in key regions of Tanzania. Candidates will work independently, leveraging their sales expertise to meet goals and expand market reach.

Target Sales Areas

The sales positions will cover the following regions:

• Ruvuma
• Dodoma
• Mbeya
• Dar es Salaam
• Njombe

Minimum Job Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Experience in direct sales, preferably in coal briquettes.
• Knowledge of coal briquettes or alternative energy products is a strong plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and CRM updates.

Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Local language fluency and cultural familiarity with the sales territory.
• Experience working in rural or semi-urban markets.
