- Strategic Sales Initiatives: Develop and execute sales strategies for high-growth markets, particularly in Africa.
- Engagement with Multilateral Organizations: Navigate and build relationships with institutions like World Bank, IFC, European Union, USAID, and similar organizations to drive revenue opportunities.
- Leadership Development: Work closely with senior leadership, receiving direct mentorship to prepare for a future executive role.
- Integrity & Ethical Selling: Maintain the highest standards of integrity while executing aggressive sales strategies.
