Requirements
- Must hold a college qualification at Diploma level or above.
- Must be able to communicate in both English and Swahili.
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in sales.
- Must be hardworking and self-motivated.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Business or a related field.
- Sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven and customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
