Are you a sales champion who thrives on exceeding targets, delivering impact, and building meaningful client relationships? Cohema Company Limited is looking for a passionate and energetic Sales, Marketing & Training Specialist to take our innovative software solutions to the next level.
This is a dynamic hybrid role that blends strategic sales execution, marketing, and client empowerment through training and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive software product sales to our new and existing clients as per assigned targets.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Conduct product demonstrations, sales pitches, webinars, exhibitions, and user training.
- Onboard new clients and provide tailored training sessions (in-person and remote).
- Design and manage engaging marketing content (Canva, brochures, videos, social posts).
- Monitor leads, pipeline performance, and report on client feedback and campaign results.
- Liaise with technical teams to align product offerings with client needs.
- Maintain strong client relationships and proactively drive upsells and renewals.
- Represent the company in field visits, trade fairs, conferences, and client meetings.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, ICT, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong digital marketing and content creation skills.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and public speaking abilities.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
