Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Operation Manager, located in Pongwe. The Sales and Operation Manager will oversee daily operations, manage logistics, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead sales efforts. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, managing staff, optimizing operational workflows, and contributing to the growth and efficiency of company operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Operations Management experience
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven track record in achieving Customer Satisfaction and generating sales and revenue
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Proficiency in the use of relevant software and tools for management and logistics
• Experience in the tourism or hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
