Job Description
Customer Development: Actively seek and develop potential customers, uncovering their needs through visits and communication.
Business Follow-up: Responsible for product promotion, quotation, business negotiation, contract signing, and following up on order delivery and payment collection.
Customer Relationship Maintenance: Regularly visit and follow up with customers, providing excellent service to improve customer satisfaction and repeat purchases.
Required Profile Description
- This position is open only to Tanzanian women under the age of 30.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for communicating with clients.
- Loyalty to the company's interests.
- Honesty, integrity, and incorruptibility.
The salary consists of a base salary plus sales commission. Upon formal employment, the base salary is 300,000 , with a 1% commission; the higher the performance, the more you earn.
