Job Description
We are seeking a Production Supervisor to support and oversee manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in system management and production control
- Ensure timely system updates for all production activities
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports
- Prepare and submit monthly stock count reports
- Assist in production planning and scheduling
- Implement and monitor quality checks and control measures
- Manage, supervise, and lead the production team
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Strong knowledge of SAP
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing practices
- Experience in steel manufacturing is an added advantage
