• Bachelor’s Degree in:

  • Information Technology
  • Engineering
  • Business Administration
  • Marketing
  • Or a related field
• Master’s Degree, MBA or equivalent, is an added advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in:
  • Telecommunications
  • ICT
  • Enterprise Solutions
  • Digital Services
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing:
  • Product portfolios
  • Connectivity solutions
  • Technology services

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute the Connectivity & Services strategy aligned with the organization’s commercial objectives.
• Identify new revenue streams and growth opportunities within:
  • Connectivity
  • Digital services
  • Managed service portfolios
• Own the product roadmap for connectivity and digital service offerings.
• Continuously optimize portfolio performance through:
  • Customer insights
  • Market intelligence
• Enhance customer experience across all connectivity and service offerings.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Connectivity & Services team.
