About me

A graduate of Bachelor in Participatory Project Planning and Management, volunteering on
development programs and Community Projects with working capability and experience in
coordinating the implementation of the project/program’s activities based on the implementation
plan, budgeting, capacity building and facilitate in different trainings for more than five years. I have an experience of project management working with different Organization. 

I am knowledgeable and experienced project implementer looking for the post that enhances to
use my potential, knowledge, experience and innovation of project planning, action & Strategic
Planning and Design, implement varieties of project and programs including community
development projects that will contribute to bring positive changes in the development career in
the community, national and world in general. In my volunteering period, I successfully
completed manage the execution of projects and programs from different organization such as
JUKAMKUM, CYD, KUKHAWA, SOS Children’s Villages, ZAFELA and KAS with
compliance and reached the targeted outcomes to beneficiaries towards community
Development. Also, being Project manager of “EU Together for peace project in Zanzibar based
in Pemba implemented by KAS Tanzania with collaboration of ZAFELA.

Project Manager
Kondrad Adnour Stiftung 2022-03-01 - 2023-07-08 I have been working as a Project Manager Pemba implementing EU Together for peace Project in Zanzibar implemented by KAS Tanzania and ZAFELA with aim resolving conflict among community members especially in political aspects towards peace building Duties and Responsibilities:  Coordinate and organize the project activities in Pemba.  Liaison with appointed organizations representatives to assure the overall direction and integrity of the project.  Ensuring day-to-day communication with target groups of the project.  Prepare project implementation and performance and activity reports for all actions implemented in Pemba.  Support the Lead Project Manager in monitoring and evaluation of project activities and results.  Prepare interim and final reports and evaluation.  Assist the preparation of project communications and visibility materials.  Prepare and participate radio and TV sessions to provide education about conflict resolution to the community.  Align activities to the relevant budget and monitor accordingly.
PROGRAM VOLUNTEER
SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES ZANZIBAR. 2021-09-01 - 2021-11-30 From September-November 2021, I was Program Volunteer at SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES ZANZIBAR implementing Family Strengthening Program and performed different duties and responsibilities including the following: Participate training on case management, child protection and child abuse. o Participate caregiver’s training on entrepreneurship and business management. o Support families on planning Family Development Plan (FDP) o Monitor caregivers and youth’s projects o Visit students school clubs and initiate students programs o Monitor VSLA groups of saving and lending money of caregivers. o Organize events such as training, seminars, workshops and stakeholders meeting. o Update family information in to the data base system. o Take notes and photos of an event then writing activity reports weekly and monthly reports.

JUMUIYA YA KUELIMISHA ATHARI ZA MADAWA YA KULEVYA, UKIMWI NA MIMBA KATIKA UMRI MDOGO(JUKAMKUM) 2017-01-10 - 2020-11-30 From 2017 I started to volunteer in project implementation at JUKAMKUM Pemba with high collaboration with Organization team to implement different projects like health project e;g Sexual Reproductive Health , education, GBV Project HIV and other project with high achievements.
