The Weights and Measures Agency (WMA) is a Tanzanian executive agency under the Ministry of Industry and Trade, established in 2002. It regulates and controls all measurement instruments used in trade, health, safety, and environmental sectors to ensure fairness, protect consumers, and maintain economic integrity.
