Solution Design & Pre-Sales Support

• Translate B2B customer requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned to business needs
• Support pre-sales activities including solution design, presentations, and technical proposals
• Work closely with Commercial teams to structure solutions that are both competitive and deliverable
• Act as a technical advisor to customers during solution discussions and onboarding phases
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth solution delivery
• Design and implement ISP core and enterprise routing solutions using IS-IS, iBGP/eBGP for internet access, peering, and customer connectivity
• Design and deploy MPLS-based services (L2VPN, L3VPN) with traffic engineering using Segment Routing or LDP/RSVP-TE
• Plan and implement Layer 2 services including VLANs, QinQ, and Metro Ethernet
• Troubleshoot complex network issues across routing, MPLS, and transport layers
• Act as an escalation point for critical customer issues beyond Level 1 and Level 2 support
• Ensure service quality, performance, and timely resolution of faults to meet SLAs.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, IT, or related field
• Minimum one professional-level certification: CCNP, JNCIP, MTCRE, HCIP, or equivalent
• 5–8+ years hands-on experience in ISP, carrier, or enterprise network engineering/service delivery
• Strong hands-on skills in QinQ, BGP, IS-IS, MPLS L2VPN/L3VPN, VLANs
