Position: Pricing & Product Head
Location: Dar es Salaam, Sokoine Drive
Experience Required: 10+ Years

QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Commerce or Engineering.
- CPA, ACCA, CFA or a pricing certification strongly preferred; MBA an advantage.
- Experience across more than one business model:
- Franchise/distribution.
- Parts and labour services.
- Leasing.
- Financial services.
- Platforms.
- Proven ability to build and implement margin-floor or pricing-governance frameworks.
- Strong financial modelling, policy drafting and committee governance skills.
- Ability to use approved AI tools for analysis and policy work, and verify outputs against source data.
EXPERIENCE
10+ years in pricing strategy, commercial finance or product and portfolio management, including policy design for a multi-business group.
