Job Description
This position oversees the development, implementation, and monitoring of child safeguarding measures to ensure the welfare and protection of children, in compliance with SOS-Kinderdorf International guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Develop national action plans and training strategies for child protection.
- Support HR in integrating child safeguarding into recruitment and performance processes.
- Provide training and guidance to staff and stakeholders on safeguarding policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, or related field.
- Experience in child protection, safeguarding, and child rights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
