Responsibilities including but not limited to Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous manner, Answer and direct phone calls , taking messages as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with inquiries and provide information about services
- Support other team members with additional tasks as required
Experience
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any business related field
- Proficient in Microsoft suite and basic computer skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- At least 3 years of working experience in a Front Office Management in a busy
organization.
