Job Description
As a Retail Shop Manager at Komonoya, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail shops in Dar es Salaam. Your primary focus will be on providing excellent customer service, driving sales, managing the store team, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all aspects of the retail store. We have in prospect expansion plans. We believe that this is a position where you could really maximize your full potential.
