QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, employee relations, recruitment, and general HR administration.
- Added advantage: Experience working in a steel manufacturing industry or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
