Position Overview:

As a Fully Commissioned Sales Representative at Komonoya, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and promoting our premium household products. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing expert product knowledge, and meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable Japanese household products. Maximize sales through effective product presentations and demonstrations.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our product catalog, including features, benefits, and pricing. Stay updated on industry trends and Japanese culture.

Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels and suggest restocking when necessary. Ensure merchandise displays are appealing and well-organized.

Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of daily sales transactions and report them to the management team regularly.

Self-Motivation: Take initiative to meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and customer relationship management.
