Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing, Branding, and Public Relations Officer to join our team at Volt Wheels, a leading Electric two-wheeler company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing brand identity and communication, and enhancing the company's public relations efforts.

Responsibilities:

  1. Developing Marketing Strategies:

    • Collaborate with senior management to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
  2. Managing Brand Identity:

    • Develop and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
    • Create brand guidelines and standards to ensure proper usage of logos, colors, fonts, and messaging.
    • Oversee the production of marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, and promotional items.
  3. Building Brand Awareness:

    • Implement strategies to increase brand awareness and visibility in the marketplace.
    • Identify opportunities for brand partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to enhance brand exposure.
    • Monitor brand performance and track key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of branding initiatives.
  4. Public Relations:

    • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure press coverage and media placements.
    • Draft press releases, media pitches, and other communications materials to announce new products, initiatives, and company news.
    • Coordinate press events, product launches, and media interviews to generate positive publicity for the company.
  5. Digital Marketing and Social Media:

    • Oversee the company's digital marketing efforts, including website development, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
    • Manage the company's social media accounts and develop engaging content to drive brand awareness and engagement.
    • Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, branding, and public relations roles, preferably in the automotive or two-wheeler industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding strategies, and public relations techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling messages and narratives.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for design.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
