Job Description
Description of duties
- Provide a positive and friendly welcome to customers
- Engage with customers efficiently and quickly and in a friendly manner
- Provide samples, scoop ice cream and toppings to fill customer orders
- Prepare ice creams
- Monitor stock levels and re-order in accordance with procedures set out
- Provide advice and information about what customers can see and enjoy at House of Pastries
- Actively promote all events and offers
- Ensure the excellent and clean presentation of all stock on display
- Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Resolve and answer customer enquiries efficiently and politely
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Observe all health and safety regulations
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor
Training, skills and qualification
- Basic training related to ice cream making
- Basic ice cream knowledge such as how to prepare ice cream
Language
Fluent in reading and spoken English
