Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.

2+ years of experience spanning at least two it disciplines, including technical architecture, application development, or operations.

Core responsibilities

• Lead and manage all application-level operations within the saas environment;
• Build, deploy, troubleshoot, analyze, and scale services across environments;
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams on architecture and technology decisions;
• Operate and maintain large-scale relational and nosql databases, queuing, and pub-sub systems;
• Drive integrations with telcos/mnos/vas providers (e.g., vpn, vpc, custom integrations);
• Own end-to-end monitoring across infrastructure, os, and application layers, including reporting and remediation;
• Manage deployment pipelines across development, testing, and production environments;
• Oversee continuous integration systems supporting product builds and releases;
• Manage and optimize software development tools to ensure scalability and reliability;
• Establish failure management processes to minimize downtime and service disruption;
• Administer agile and issue tracking tools (e.g., atlassian jira) and support delivery workflows;
• Drive automation, documentation, analytics, and adoption of emerging technologies to improve reliability and performance.
